Is the the "Triple Room" adequately sleep 3 adults? Is there beds for each person. It appears that only '1' twin bed is listed.

You can have a 3 single beds or 1 large bed and 1 single bed. The important thing is you will indicate to us the type of bed you want.

We are sorry to tell you that we don't have any balcony.

we stayed 8 years ago and enjoyed breakfast outside a hotel next to theee pantheon arranged by you at special rate. Do you still do this? thank you Glenda We plan to visit 29th August.

Unfortunately we don't do anymore the breakfast in the bar outside At the moment breakfast is served with packed items and we only serve drinks. If you decide to pay your breakfast as an extra you can use the buffet of another hotel located 700m away

Hi, we are a family of 4, is it possible to get two connecting rooms?

We do not have connecting rooms. We only have 2 doubles next to each other or a One bedroom Depandance Apartment in Piazza della Maddalena with a double bed + 1 sofa bed

Are there stairs to the annex apartment or is it on the ground floor? If there are only stairs, how many? Grandmother can’t do stairs.

How far is Rome Termini for train service? Do you recommend a travel service to get there? Thank you

From Termini Station, take the ATAC bus n. 40 or bus n. 64 and get off at the stop “ARGENTINA”. It is then a 500 m walk to via del Seminario 87 In case you want to take a taxi, there is a taxi rank outside the station (10/15€)

A great location for a short stay
Perfectly located for the Pantheon. Comfy bed. The staff were super helpful. There was no breakfast but there were snacks including muesli in the mini bar so I bought a banana and a yoghurt at the mini market over the road and I was good to go.
Overpowering smell of room freshener and bathroom chemicals - had to leave the windows open to cope. The lift is one of those half-way between the floors ones which is not great when you have a heavy case.

For the heart of Rome... this spot is fantastic.
Everything about it was excellent. In particular location it is right by the pantheon!  but just off of a side street so there's far less noise from the people gathered at the pantheon 
Checking in is a little bit strange if you miss the check-in hours, but if you call them at their sister hotel, a person will come over and let you in. The response time was amazing. There is no restaurant or breakfast, but I was fine with that.

Very comfortable stay near the Pantheon.
Beautiful room - updated, clean and new. Bathroom was spacious and a good shower. A/C worked beautifully - it was the first time I truly felt cool in Italy! Complimentary water in the fridge. Very quiet because the room overlooked a courtyard - great sleeping! We were pretty much on our own because the staff is only around in the morning - when you arrive you need to let them know so they can be there to check you in. Very accommodating staff though. You have your own set of keys to come and go. It's basically just a group of rooms with a common lobby area, which is usually unmanned. Just steps from the Pantheon.
There is NO BREAKFAST. You have to fend for yourself, and in July in Rome around the Pantheon, it is a zoo!!! You will eventually get food though.
